Shipping policy

Standard Ground orders placed Monday - Friday will ship out within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, the average shipping time frame is 3-6 business days. Delivery time-frames will be shorter for customers who chose expedited shipping. If you have any problems with your BAKBLADE shipment please contact us.

Delivery dates as always an estimation and specific delivery time slots be offered by the courier; please note that this cannot always be guaranteed and sometimes deliveries continue into the evening. Note that this includes where customers have arranged for delivery to be made at a work address but then not been present at the time of delivery when an attempt is made in the evening.
