How long before my order ships and how long does shipping take?

Standard Ground orders placed Monday - Friday will ship out within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, the average shipping time frame is 2-4 business days. (Excl. AK & HI). If you need help with your BAKBLADE shipment please contact us.

 

Sorry to hear you had an issue with your bakblade but don worry we got bak.

Our policy is 60 days Money-BAK Guarantee for orders placed on www.bakblade.com. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you placed your order on another platform besides www.bakblade.com you will need to contact your original seller for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping

If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
