What does “Lifetime Guarantee” mean?
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. Under our Lifetime Guarantee, any product you purchase directly from us — and only from us — is covered for the practical lifetime of the product under normal use, as long as you remain the original purchaser.
What is covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship — including blade defects, issues with handle components, or any part that fails under normal grooming use.

Free repair or replacement of defective products, at our discretion. If we cannot repair the product or if repair is impractical, we may offer a replacement or a full refund of the original purchase price.

Coverage applies to all product components (blades, handles, mounting hardware, included accessories) unless otherwise stated.
What is not covered (exclusions)
The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper cleaning, or storage.

Normal wear and tear (e.g. blade dulling, cosmetic scratches, discoloration, fading, typical wear due to regular use).

Loss of parts, missing accessories, or damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification.

Items purchased from third-party resellers, marketplaces, or retailers — only orders placed directly on our website are covered.

Transfer of warranty: The guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
How to request a Lifetime Guarantee claim / return / replacement

If you believe your product is defective under this guarantee, please contact our customer support team with your order number, date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.

We may ask for photos or videos showing the defect so we can assess the problem.

If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if a return is necessary) or will ship a replacement at no cost. We will also cover return shipping or send a prepaid return label, at our discretion.

Once we receive the returned product (if required), or verify the defect, we will repair or replace it — or issue a full refund of the original purchase price (not including shipping), depending on the situation.
How long does the guarantee last?
The Lifetime Guarantee remains valid for as long as the product is in production by us, and for as long as you are the original purchaser using the product under normal conditions. If we discontinue a product line, we will honor valid claims for at least 5 years from the date of discontinuation — to ensure fair protection for our customers.
