Poor Customer Service

"I notified Bakblade that I wanted to pause my subscription before my order was sent out. This request was ignored and has been for a month now. I have filled out multiple forms and have not heard back from anyone. The shaver works fine, but its a total ghost town if you need help from them."

Discomfort, pain, long process

"I cut myself multiple areas in my back using the backblade 3. 0. Took a long time to shave using it but I still will give more than 1 star due to the long handle design allowing to reach all over my back. Used the Bodblade too, and that was worse in my opinion due to really not being able to get the right angle and shave in certain areas due to the bulkiness and lack of swivel or adjustment. Hair clumps up within a second, requiring constant brushing off. The blades are sharp enough it's just not effective due to the inability to attack the hair at a proper angle all the time. Do not suggest this if you are hairy like sasquatch. Perhaps having much less body hair would make it less of a headache."

"I’ve only used it 1x so far. Seems very cheaply made for the amount that I paid. It doesn’t appear to me that it will last very long. I plan on trying it one more time. Hope my opinion of it gets better than my first experience with it."

No longer a hairy Sasquatch

"Bought this product for the removal of by hair sweater. The product is very well made the blades are very sharp and removed the hair so easy. It was very easy to use. I used the back side of put on the shaving cream. It took me about 10 minutes to shave my completely smooth better than any other product I have ever used. I highly recommended this project"

"It takes me minutes to have my back hair free. Shaving cream not needed either! Just be careful and do gentle strokes because the triple blade is very efficient, lol, But still very safe product. It's hard to cut yourself with it."

Great so far!

"My first impressions are it's good!! I did my entire back in a few minutes and could easily reach the hard-to-reach places. I'm skeptical about blade life, but we will see over time. Its pretty well made and the exfoliator is a nice touch."

"It's spring in the norther hemisphere and it's time to hack down that winter sweater and hit the beach. This beast knocked down the gnarliest my back could throw at it. . . no problem! I was incredibly impressed how few passes it took to finish the job. Also, best benefit is not having to ask anyone else to help you!!! Love this thing."
